How To Order
Place an Order:
1). If you would like to order using PayPal, please click the button "Add to Cart" for each specific product and follow the procedure. At any time you can review the items you have ordered by clicking the button "View Cart". We use PayPal Shopping Cart service as our on-line ordering procedure which is closely protected and highly secured.
2). If you would like to order using other payment options, such as money orders or checks, please simply click on the email address: service@go-gamestore.com and place your order by sending us an email. Please make sure to include in your email the item name with the item #, your shipping address and preferred payment method.

Shipping Method:
1). We provide fast shipping service. Most of the orders are shipped out within 1~2 business days of receiving the payment.
2). The shipping cost listed with each item is the S&H cost within Canada and lower 48 states of the U.S.. To addresses in Canada and lower 48 states of the U.S. we mainly ship via major courier Ground Service, which is the most economical and fast way to receive your package. It usually takes about 3 to 8 business days for items to be delivered. If it is possible, along with the shipping address please also provide a telephone number, which is required by Courier Service for delivery notification. Please note that major courier does not deliver to P.O.Box and some remote areas.
3). The shipping cost is different for delivery to AK, HI, AA, AE, AP, MP, MH, FM, PR and VI of the U.S., and delivery to YT, NT and Nunavut of Canada. For these areas we provide shipping options from Canada Post, including Xpresspost, Expedited parcel and Small packet. Please email us at service@go-gamestore.com to find out the shipping rate before placing an order.
4). We only ship to Canada and USA.
5). For multiple-item purchases of 3 items or more we provide combined shipping for customers to save costs. Before you place the order please email us first. We will calculate the exact shipping and handling rate for you.
6). You will always receive confirmation after your order is shipped. If you choose to have your order shipped via Courier, Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel you will also receive a tracking number via email.

Customs and Sales Tax:
1). International buyers outside Canada may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and local sales tax, etc., which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance and tax must be borne by buyers. We cannot determine what the duties and charges might be. Buyers should contact the local customs office, courier companies or post office for further information.
2). For Canadian buyers, the GST is already included in the Shipping and Handling rate.

All orders are subject to acceptable payment methods and terms. Prices are payable in U.S. dollars by PayPal, money order and cashier's check.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes or insurance.
We guarantee that first order will be fulfilled first. Please note that there are always other similar items for everyone to choose from.

Additional Terms About Shipping:
1). It is buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided to us is reliable and without any mistake. If, in any case, an incorrect address is provided, or buyer changes shipping address after the item has been shipped, or the item is refused at buyer's (recipient's) end upon delivery, and it results in the package being returned to us by courier or post office, the buyer must bear the costs of shipping and handling to get the item re-shipped. If the buyer does not want the item to be resent and wants to cancel the order, only the produt price, subject to any restoring charge, will be refunded. The shipping and handling rate is not refundable.
2). In case of delivery exception, we may send you additional tacking information to urge you to call the courier company as soon as possible in order to rearrange delivery, or set up a pick-up. It is buyer's responsibility to keep tracking the item, and in case of delivery exception, to contact the courier for delivery.
3). In the email with tracking number sent to our customers we always remind the buyers (the recipients) to keep tracking the package as frequently as they can, and to make sure that there is someone at home/office to receive the package.
4). We will not be held responsible for any lose of package after the package is delivered to the recipient's address, and the courier company/post office confirms that the package has been delivered to the recipient's address.
Return Policy:
Within 30 days after the date of purchase you can return any item purchased from us in its original condition for a full refund minus shipping rate and restoring charge(5% to 25% of selling price based on item returned). All returns must include insurance for the value of the returned product. Return shipping cost is to be paid for by the buyer.
When product is returned, please include in the package a printout of the order confrimation email or the original invoice or packing list. A notice must be given before any item is returned. A return without notice will not be accepted.
